Refund and Return Policy

At Rich ‘N’ Royal Flowers, we take great pride in delivering high-quality floral products and gifts. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, certain refund and return limitations apply.


1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The product was damaged upon arrival

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product was not delivered at all

  • There is a major quality issue (must notify within 2 hours of delivery)

Proof such as photos may be required for verification.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Orders where the customer provided incorrect delivery details

  • Products left outside when the recipient is not available

  • Minor substitutions due to flower availability

  • Orders canceled after preparation has started

  • Requests made more than 2 hours after delivery


3. Cancellation Policy

Before Preparation Begins

  • Full refund available.

After Preparation Has Started / On-Route for Delivery

  • Refund may not be possible due to perishable nature.


4. Delivery Issues

If the order cannot be delivered due to recipient unavailability, we will attempt to contact the customer. A re-delivery fee may apply.


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
