Refund and Return Policy

At Rich ‘N’ Royal Flowers, we take great pride in delivering high-quality floral products and gifts. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, certain refund and return limitations apply.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:
The product was damaged upon arrival
The wrong item was delivered
The product was not delivered at all
There is a major quality issue (must notify within 2 hours of delivery)
Proof such as photos may be required for verification.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds for:
Orders where the customer provided incorrect delivery details
Products left outside when the recipient is not available
Minor substitutions due to flower availability
Orders canceled after preparation has started
Requests made more than 2 hours after delivery
3. Cancellation Policy
Before Preparation Begins
Full refund available.
After Preparation Has Started / On-Route for Delivery
Refund may not be possible due to perishable nature.
4. Delivery Issues
If the order cannot be delivered due to recipient unavailability, we will attempt to contact the customer. A re-delivery fee may apply.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
