Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible non-perishable items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because we sell fresh flower bouquets, plants, customized arrangements, and event decoration products, some items are not eligible for return due to their perishable and personalized nature.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be a non-perishable product and must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Fresh flowers, bouquets, plants, customized floral arrangements, personalized orders, and event decoration items cannot be returned once preparation has started, the order has been dispatched, or the delivery has been completed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your bouquet, flower arrangement, plant, or product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as ordered, please contact us immediately with photos and order details so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For fresh flowers and bouquets, complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Perishable goods
We also do not accept returns for items that have already been used, damaged after delivery, or affected due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before preparation has started.
Once flowers are arranged, customized, dispatched, or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For same-day delivery orders, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already entered preparation or delivery processing.
Exchanges
For eligible non-perishable items, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Fresh flowers, bouquets, plants, customized arrangements, and event decoration products are not eligible for exchange unless the item delivered was damaged, incorrect, or defective.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment gateway to process and post the refund.
